Winter at OWU 2019

Spend the holiday season visiting your future college home!

Join us for a half day event on Saturday, December 7 from 8:45 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. featuring an overview of OWU, a tour of campus, a student panel discussion and a session with key administrators.  We'll conclude the program by sharing a list of participating downtown restaurants offering discounts to our guests for lunch. Spend the afternoon enjoying festivities hosted by Main Street Delaware's Home for the Holidays! The weekend runs December 6-8 and includes the annual tree lighting, performances by local musical groups, horse-drawn carriage rides, holiday shopping opportunities, and more!  

The Department of Theatre's "One-Act Plays" (plays written by the Playwriting Class and directed by the Directing Class) will also be held December 6 and 7. The "One-Act Plays" span two evenings - see half on Friday evening (8:00 p.m.) and/or half on Saturday evening (7:00 p.m.).  Admission is free!

In order to give our staff ample time to prepare for this upcoming event, online registration for the "Winter at OWU" event is now closed.  However, we welcome you to attend as a "walk-in", if you're interested.  Simply arrive to the Hamilton-Williams Campus Center (bldg #36 on this campus map) between 8:15 - 8:45 a.m. on Saturday morning!
