Marching Bishops Virtual Visit Week

Join OWU's Director of Marching and Spirit Bands, Mary Kate McNally, and current band members for a week of virtual events to learn more about OWU and what it is like to be a member of the band!

Each night during the week of November 9 will feature a different look into the OWU band experience. All events will begin at 7 p.m. EST.

• Monday, November 9: Welcome Session
  • Featuring a panel with current band members, an admission information session reviewing the application process, and a live (virtual) tour of campus
• Tuesday, November 10: Section Day
  • Meet with Marching Bishops in your section of the band
• Wednesday, November 11: Action Group Day
  • Learn more about the band's interest-based groups and the projects they accomplish during the season
• Thursday, November 12: Game Night
  • Enjoy a virtual game night with the friends you've made during the week
• Friday, November 13: Virtual Rehearsal Session
  • Join the band in a virtual session on our Fight Song to get a feel for the open dialogue and joyful mistake-making that defines our rehearsal culture. You will also get a how-to lesson recording your part at home to be included in a virtual performance project
